Teaching

Elizabeth Huntley has an active teaching studio. She teaches both pedal harp and lever harp. Her students include beginning players as well as advanced, both children and adults. In addition to classical technique and repertoire, she also teaches Celtic and popular styles and repertoire. In addition to her home studio, Ms. Huntley is the harp instructor at Adirondack Community College and Skidmore College.

Elizabeth is also a BOCES artist, doing school programs. She and Celtic harper Martha Gallagher tour with a program they call “Harper and Harpist.” She also does solo programs in the schools and libraries, introducing audiences to the concert harp and its wide variety and versatility of musical styles.
